She was a loving wife, devoted mother, caring daughter, granddaughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, godmother, and friend. Above all, Belinda was a woman who gave every part of herself to the people she loved. Her life was centered around her family and the many people fortunate enough to know her. Her greatest joy was bringing the people she loved together and making beautiful memories. Belinda shared 21 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Omar Armijo. Together, they built a life filled with love, family trips, laughter, and countless memories that will be forever remembered. Belinda was also a proud and loving mother of her two children, Adrean and Aliah Armijo, who were truly the center of her world. Belinda loved her children beyond words and was always their biggest supporter. She was the mom who showed up, encouraged them, believed in them, protected them, and celebrated every accomplishment, big or small. She wanted nothing more than to see her children happy and successful. Her love for them was unconditional, unwavering, and endless. Belinda dedicated 17 years of her life caring for others as a CNA in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth,Texas, caring for others was never simply a profession for Belinda; it was a reflection of who she was. She had an incredibly giving heart and a natural ability to make people feel cared for and supported. Even while facing her own health concerns, Belinda never allowed what she was going through to keep her from being there for someone else. She was the person family and friends could call when they needed medical advice, guidance, reassurance, or simply someone they could depend on. If someone needed help, Belinda was there. If someone needed someone to listen, she was there. She gave so much of herself to others without expecting anything in return. She was truly a foundation of her family. Belinda took great pride in being surrounded by the people she loved, and she found happiness in the simple gift of everyone being together. She was the family planner of organizing family trips, get-togethers, outings, celebrations, and all the little moments that gave everyone a reason to come together. She had a special gift for creating fun, making memories, and keeping her family connected. Her presence had a way of making family gatherings feel complete, and her absence will be deeply felt in every gathering to come. When Belinda became a great-aunt for the first time, she also embraced the beautiful role of Godmother to her great-niece, Leilani. Belinda adored Leilani, spoiled her, cherished every moment with her, and shared a bond that was incredibly special. Leilani became her baby, and Belinda loved her beyond words. Their relationship was a beautiful and treasured part of Belinda's life, and the memories they created together will remain in Leilani's heart forever. Belinda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Octaviano and Rosa Maria Soto; grandfather, Luis Rios; aunt, Margarita Hernandez; uncle, Noah Soto; and mother-in-law, Manuela Armijo. May you now rest knowing that the love you gave so freely will live on in your children, your family, and everyone blessed to have known you. Barbara graduated from Ellsworth High School in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, in 1960. She worked as a nursing assistant until, at the age of 19, she moved to Whittler, California. She received her nurses training at Rio Hondo College. Later, she received training to become a psychiatric tech. Coming from her rural background, she took great pride in her nursing training and career. However, as Important as this was to her, her chief purpose in life from the age at twelve was to serve the Lord. At the age of fourteen, she knew in her heart that she wanted to offer her life in the ministry. Unfortunately, health issues prevented her from following her heart's desire, but she never wavered in her devotion to the Lord. This was obvious to all who were part of the fellowship she loved. In 1978, she married Gordon Glen McHenry in Whittier, California. They made their home in California until they moved to Keller, Texas, in 1990. She and Gordon enjoyed many years there, especially the times they had the opportunity to Interpret during Spanish gospel meetings. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Gordon McHenry in 2008, her mother, father, sister Fern Koestner, and brother Ferris Bolin. She is survived by sisters Becky Bauman, Beverly Nelson, Bonnie Johnson, and Lisa Kircher, brother David Bolin, and a multitude of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to acknowledge the help of her many friends who made it possible for her to remain in her home in Keller until her move to Brookdale Assisted Living in Georgetown in October 2025. The family is also deeply indebted to the staff at Brookdale, who cared not only for her but also her cat Joey with extraordinary love and tenderness. Equally caring were the staff of Suncrest Hospice as well as the sitters with Care Renewed, all of whom helped her navigate her final days.

Mildred Kibby - SEPTEMBER 5, 1936 – JULY 19, 2026

Mildred Kibby, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and deeply engaged civic leader, passed away in her sleep on July 19, 2026, following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. He later worked for the United States Postal Service in Fort Worth for 25 years, from 1965 until his retirement in 1990. Of all the roles Jim held throughout his 92 years, none meant more to him than being a husband and a family man. He shared 72 remarkable and blessed years of marriage with the love of his life, Marlene. Their marriage was the foundation of the family they built together and a beautiful example of a lifetime of love, devotion, and commitment. Jim loved his family deeply and made sure they knew it. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who could always be counted on. If someone he loved needed him, Jim was ready to drop everything and help, no matter the task. He gave generously of his time and himself, usually accompanied by a joke and his unforgettable smile. His greatest joy was the family he and Marlene created and the many generations that followed. After 72 years together, countless memories, and a lifetime spent side by side, the love and family they built will remain one of Jim's greatest legacies. Jim was preceded in death by his sisters, "Skipper" and Wynona; and his son, Randy Hamm. Carolyn was born in Marlin, Tx on June 1st, 1931 to R.E. Cox Jr and Margaret Bowman Cox. In 1933, she and her family moved to Fort Worth as her father and grandfather opened the first of six Cox’s Department Stores. She attended Lily B. Clayton, McLean Jr. High and graduated from Paschal High School class of 1949. Carolyn attended The University of Texas, pledged Kappy Alpha Theta, and most importantly she met the love of her life, Elray Howard. They were married November 22, 1952. After Elray graduated from law school, they moved to Houston and resided there for the next seven years, where both of their daughters Margaret and Elizabeth were born. In 1959, they moved to her hometown of Fort Worth where Elray joined the family business. Carolyn had a lifelong love of art and was a gifted portrait artist. She created commissioned portraits until her mid 80’s that still hang proudly in the homes of her clients today. She also had a heart for serving others and was deeply involved in her community. She was an active member of The Woman’s Club, The Junior League, and The Assembly, and she shared her love of art as a docent at the Kimbell Art Museum. She also served on the board of All Church Home, generously giving her time and talents to help children and families in need. Wherever she was or whatever she did, she formed life-long friendships, including her beloved bridge club, whose members played together for over 50 years. Carolyn and Elray were married for 49 years until his passing in 2001. Together they shared not only a great love for each other, but they shared a strong faith, after their lives were transformed in 1973. They both lived out their faith. Her delight was to share how God redeems, heals and transforms all that give their hearts to him. Her beauty and joy came from knowing she was loved by her Savior and Lord. She never hesitated to share her testimony, asking even strangers if they needed prayer. This faith inspired Carolyn and Elray to buy a small house to convert to a place of ministry. Many people remember the “Faith House” as a place where their faith was discovered and nurtured. She also opened her art studio on one side of the house where she lived out her passion for her faith as well as art. Carolyn loved to travel. Although they made many trips to Europe throughout their years, she had a great love for Colorado and New Mexico, especially Red River, Sante Fe and Taos. It was here that they built wonderful memories with their daughters during summer vacations. It became a home away from home. Carolyn felt that her greatest achievements were her children and grandchildren. She made life fun for her daughters and their friends, hosting great parties, including all the neighborhood children, great times at their lake house and making the holidays special. As a grandmother, Bema was loved dearly. She was delighted to have her grandkids at her house where no rules existed, whether it was playing house with her finest china and crystal or letting them play dress up in her wigs. They also built memories with them at their ranch in Tolar. She always gave the best of herself to her family and friends. Carolyn will be missed for her beautiful red lipstick smile and the kindness that she showed to all, whether you were her friend or a stranger. This joy remained with her throughout her life, and it was a joy due to her faith in Jesus. She blessed all for so many years. She was busy living fully and making the most of each day that she had been given. We will miss her, but her legacy will live on because of how many lives she has touched. Carolyn was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, W. Elray Howard, grandson Preston Arnold, nephew R. E. Cox IV, brother R. E. (Earl) Cox III, and her dear companion of 9 years David Kerns. Survivors: Daughters, Margaret Howard Scheidmen and husband Jay, and Elizabeth Howard Simmons and husband Joel; grandchildren, Austin Arnold and wife Annie, Parker Scheideman and wife Summer, Ann Scheideman Huffman and husband Trey; seven great-grandchildren, Owen, Carter, Emmy, James, Charlotte, Libby and Sam. Nieces, Melissa Cox Manos and Maria Cox Stringer. In lieu of flowers the family would suggest donations to the All Church Home www.achservices.org , Wings Over Texas Hospice www.wotxhospice.com or the charity of your choice. Special thanks to all of Carolyn’s caregivers at Grace Homes in Granbury and all of her hospice workers. Carolyn has been laid to rest at Greenwood Memorial Park at a private family graveside service. Her beautiful legacy of faith, love and family will live on in all who knew and loved her.

Miguel Angel Orozco - January 10, 2007 - September 5, 2026

Miguel Angel Orozco, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, passed away on September 5, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on January 10, 2007, in Perryton, Texas, to Edith Roman Castro and Arnoldo Orozco. Miguel was a young man whose presence brought happiness wherever he went. He was loving, respectful, humble, positive, hardworking, and full of life. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was almost always laughing or finding a way to make the people around him smile. Those who knew Miguel will remember his contagious laughter, kind heart, and the genuine happiness he found in spending time with the people he loved. Family meant everything to Miguel. He especially treasured the time he spent with his family and friends, creating memories that will forever be cherished. He shared a particularly special bond with his brother Emanuel, his uncle Adrian and brother in law Uriel, who were three of his favorite people to spend time with. He also created many memories with all of his friends from Perryton, Texas, who will miss him dearly. Miguel was also very much a mama’s boy, and the love he had for his mother was evident to everyone who knew him. His family was his greatest source of love, comfort, and joy. Miguel had a passion for cars that went far beyond simply admiring them. He loved cruising around town, discovering different bridges, and spending time at the track with his best friend Arron. For Miguel, getting behind the wheel, enjoying the drive, and sharing those moments with friends and family were some of life’s greatest pleasures. Music was always part of the experience. Young Dolph was his favorite artist, and he could often be found listening to Purple Reign by Future while cruising. When he wasn’t out enjoying his love for cars, Miguel could often be found gaming and getting lost in the world of his favorite video games. He also had a love for good food, with Wingstop’s Mango Habanero wings being one of his favorite treats. Above all, Miguel was a believer in God, and his faith was an important part of who he was. Though his life was far too short, the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of everyone blessed to have known him. Miguel will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his parents, Edith Roman Castro and Arnoldo Orozco; his grandparents, Yolanda Roman and Mario Orozco; and his siblings, Emanuel Alexander Lopez, Dayanara Isabel Orozco, Joel Arnoldo Orozco, and Melany Guadalupe Orozco. He also leaves behind many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones whose lives were touched by his beautiful spirit. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jose Guadalupe Roman and Guadalupe Borunda. Miguel may no longer be here to take another cruise, laugh with the people he loved, or enjoy his favorite music and wings, but his memory will continue to live on in every story told about him, every song that brings him to mind, every car ride, and every smile shared in his honor. Until we meet again, Miguel. You will always be loved, always be remembered, and forever be missed. Born September 27, 1952, to John and Patricia Ward in Dallas, Texas, Mary spent her earthly formative years in Texas and Ohio. As a teen, she attended Carter High School in Dallas, graduating in 1970, and continued studies at Dallas Baptist College, earning a BA in theology in 1975. She thought she would marry a "preacher boy," but that did not happen. She had a son, Pete, in 1976, and a daughter, Hope, in 1978. In 1982, she earned a second degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Afterward, she spent her entire life working in nursing, spending most of those years at Texas Oncology as a clinical nurse and later as the nurse manager at the "mothership" clinic in Dallas. There, she pursued a third master's degree in nursing. Professionally, she mentored, taught, and supported countless nurses, patients, and families until retiring in 2018 "before the job could kill her." A profession, though, was only part of her earthly life. Mary dedicated time to her family, her faith, her church communities, and friends. She married a "non-preacher boy," Paul, in 1989 and raised her children, spoiled their children, patronized artists at the Fort Worth Main Street Art Festival every spring, set off on epic road trips, walked the Camino de Santiago across Spain at age 63 (where, by the way, it is easy to lose toenails walking the undulating pilgrimage through Galicia), discovered silent retreats at Ruah House in Houston and the Christ in the Desert Monastary near Abique, New Mexico (at the end of a 13 mile dirt road paralleling the Chamas River where bear and big cats roam unhindered), contemplative prayer weekend retreats at the University of Dallas, and when not otherwise busy learned from YouTube how to comb sheep wool, spin it into yarn, knit it or weave it into cloth on looms. The intentional community of Homestead Heritage in Elm Mott became a retreat to which they traveled often over 30 years. Mary wanted to move to every place she ever visited on vacation. Nomadic by nature, but Texan by birth. She was known for making people burst out in laughter, saying something outrageous. When she laughed, it was so hard she would burst out crying. She never met a crossword puzzle she could not beat. Ever bright, curious, and tenacious about truth, she read vociferously and after converting to Catholicism (despite her husband saying he didn't want to change denominations again!) and "re-marrying" her "non-preacher boy" in the Church, she came to love the works of Pope Benedict and Romano Guardini for their penetrating insights and eloquent expressions of the faith. She was just one of those people who loved really difficult religious texts. In the Church she gave her time altruistically, facilitating biblical studies, serving as a sacristan, even guiding preschool children in the early years of their faith in the Atrium of the Catechism of the Good Shepherd. Oh, that was her fourth "degree" as a catechist. It is a thousand and one small things that build up our earthly lives. It is a single huge thing that built up her spirit and soul: her faith in the Lord. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Patricia. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Paul Vinson of Fort Worth; her brother, John Ward, Jr. and his wife, Susan and son, Scott of Houston; her sister, Ellen Ward of San Diego; her son, Pete Sharum and his wife, Beth of Flower Mound; her daughter, Hope Volpe and husband, Chris of Fort Worth. Even while dancing on the other side of the Jordan, she will miss her grandchildren: Alex Volpe, CJ Volpe, Katy Volpe, and Zach Sharum. The Rosary Prayer Vigil will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m in the Independence Chapel at the Greenwood Funeral Home, 3210 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth. Visitation begins at 5:00 p.m. The following day, on Thursday, September 17, the Funeral Mass will be conducted at St John Vianney Catholic Church, 200 S. Nolan River Road, Cleburne, Texas 76033 at 10:00 a.m. Her earthly remains will be cremated on Friday, September 18, at Mount Olivet in Fort Worth. Her cremains with be inurned in a columbarium at St Mary the Virgin Catholic Church in Arlington. "Grant eternal rest to Mary, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May the soul of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace." Anna was the beloved daughter of the late Edward Thomas McCain and Mozelle Miller. She was a woman of strong Christian faith who prayed without ceasing. She trusted God throughout the seasons of her life and found comfort in in His promises. Her faith guided the way she lived - through both joyful and difficult times. Born an optimist, just like her Daddy, she took great pride in that part of who she was. She had a remarkable ability to look forward rather than dwell on what was difficult. Her resilience, positive spirit, and determination carried her through the many seasons of her long life. Anna was also an accomplished and independent woman who worked outside the home when relatively few women did. Throughout her working life, she taught preschool, held sewing classes inside her home, worked in administrative positions in business, banking and the oil and gas industry. She balanced all of her responsibilities while also caring deeply for her own family. Anna was also deeply creative who found joy in making beautiful things. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and painting all self-taught and mastered. Later in life, she discovered a special joy in dancing, embracing the music and friendships while pursuing a hobby that brought her great joy. Anna leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, traditions and cherished memories that will continue through the generations. She is survived by her two daughters, Julie Johnson Greene and Penny Johnson Hill and their husbands David and Alan, Six Grandsons and 13 Great-Grandchildren, extended family and friends who were blessed by her. Although our hearts are heavy now with her absence, we are comforted in knowing she is now in Heaven, where she will have no more pain or sorrow. We are so grateful for the many years God gave us with her and for the memories that will remain in our hearts forever. We know there will be a day when we will all be reunited. Frankie was born on December 17, 1930 in Victoria, Texas, the youngest of three children of Frank Guy Miller and Bessie Margaret Sauers Miller. He and his brother, Norman and sister, Valerie, shared a happy childhood in Victoria, where he attended St. Joseph's Catholic School. Frankie met the love of his life, Elizabeth Ann Felkins, in 1949 at a dance in nearby Bloomington, where Frankie was performing with his first band, The Drifting Texans. They married on August 23, 1952, at Camp Roberts, California and shared more than 66 wonderful years together before Ann's passing on January 2, 2019. Sergeant Frank Miller Jr. served in Korea as a spotter for his U.S. Army artillery unit and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service. Before his Army service, Frankie's musical career had already begun with the release of five singles from a recording session on Gilt Edge Records in 1951. While in Korea, he sent home a tape recording to his brother Norman of songs he had written overseas. Not long after returning home, Frankie signed with Columbia Records and released several songs, including "It's No Big Thing", which he had written while in Korea. He kept making records and performing on the Texas honky-tonk circuit, and, in April 1955, Frankie made his first appearance on The Grand Ole Opry. "Blackland Farmer", Frankie's signature hit song was released by Starday Records in 1959, reaching number 5 on the country charts. He followed that success with several more Top 20 hits and road tours across the USA and Canada with Ernest Tubb, Patsy Cline, George Jones and Willie Nelson. Cash Box Magazine selected him as "Most Promising Country Artist" in 1960. Frankie was a regular on the Louisiana Hayride and a frequent guest on both the Grand Ole Opry and the Ozark Jubilee. As a songwriter, his songs have been recorded by Webb Pierce, Jessi Colter, Pat Boone, Faron Young, Elizabeth Cook, Dwight Yoakam and others. "Blackland Farmer" became one of the most iconic records played on the jukebox at Garner State Park and has been requested by young two-steppers on the pavilion for seven decades. At the height of his career in the mid-1960's, Frankie left the music business and returned home to devote himself to Ann and their two daughters, Sandi and Lori. A true Family Man, Frankie valued them more than stardom. He loved being a dad and grandpa and cherished time with his family. That choice was recognized in a State of Texas resolution on the occasion of his 80th birthday: "Frankie Miller stayed true to his roots, putting his love of family and Texas above the siren call of fame". He was a deacon at University Baptist Church in Arlington and a longtime Masonic leader, serving as a Past Master of Ridglea Lodge No. 1314. He loved to hunt and fish. He collected bamboo fly rods and knew every species of duck that flew across Texas. Frankie returned to the music business in the 1990s and started performing at the Ernest Tubb Record Shop in the Fort Worth Stockyards. He later signed with Heart of Texas Records based in Brady, Texas, and enjoyed a remarkable second act to his career, including shows in England in 2003 and Sweden in 2015. He was a special guest and performed with his longtime friend Willie Nelson in 2021, at the Luck Reunion at the age of 90. Frankie was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ann; his parents, Frank and Bessie Miller; his brother Norman; and his sister, Valerie. Frankie will be deeply missed by his daughters, Sandi Wilson and Lori Chaney; their husbands, Greg Wilson and William Chaney; six grandchildren, Nathan Wilkes, Kadence Chaney, Davis Chaney, Vivienne Chaney, Haley Wilson and Kacie Stehling; and two great grandchildren, Beau Stehling and Ben Stehling. He will also be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends as well as country music fans around the world. Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Independence Chapel, 3210 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas with interment followed at Greenwood Memorial Park with a military graveside ceremony. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Heart of Texas Country Music Museum, 1701 South Bridge Street, Brady, Texas 76825. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Mount Olivet in Stateroom A. Graveside Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Pauline was born February 5, 1933, in Sweetwater, Texas, to Alfred and Maude Mullins. She grew up in Sweetwater and graduated from Sweetwater High School. During her high school years, Pauline especially enjoyed the opportunity to attend school for half the day while working the other half, an experience that reflected the strong work ethic she carried throughout her life. Before marriage, Pauline worked for the telephone company and held several other jobs. After marrying her beloved husband, Richard, the couple traveled throughout Texas and Louisiana because of Richard's work with the railroad. In 1961, they settled in Haltom City, Texas, where they made their home and raised their three children. Pauline remained there until Richard's passing in 2011 and later made her home in North Richland Hills and the surrounding area. When their children came along, Pauline happily devoted herself to her family. She proudly considered herself first and foremost a homemaker, wife, and mother. Caring for her family and raising her three children brought her tremendous happiness and purpose. She briefly worked as an assembler at Molded Products when the children were young, and as they grew older, she discovered that she especially enjoyed working in retail, selling men's clothing and later baby clothes at local department stores. Pauline's children and grandchildren were always at the center of her world. Family was her greatest joy, and the time she spent with those she loved was among her most treasured blessings. Her faith in Jesus Christ was an important part of Pauline's life. For the last 15 years, she faithfully attended church at the Villas apartments. She strongly believed in tithing and giving to others, whether through her church, helping those less fortunate, or simply lending a hand to someone she knew was in need. Her generosity was a natural reflection of her faith and caring heart. Music also held a very special place in Pauline's life. She often said that music was her therapy, and her tastes covered a wonderfully wide variety of artists and styles. Jackson Browne held the distinction of being her number-one favorite, but she also enjoyed Christian music and artists including John Fogerty, Michael Bublé, Justin Bieber, The Guess Who, and many others. A good song could always bring her comfort and happiness. Pauline also enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino or attending a concert. At home, she could often be found watching Judge Judy, and the Game Show Network was easily her favorite television channel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Maude Mullins; her loving husband, Richard Boyd; and four beloved siblings. Pauline is survived by her children, Jennifer Cyr and husband, Rick; Richard Boyd and wife, Kristi; and Bill Boyd and Kristin; grandchildren, Kathryn Cyr, Kelly Owen and husband, James, Payson Boyd, Autum Boyd, Joshua Gaby and wife, Mariel, Bowen Gaby and wife, Megan, and Leslie Waechter and husband, Graham; great-grandchildren, Barrett, Ryder, and Miles; as well as numerous other loving family members and friends. Above all, Pauline will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and a woman of deep and abiding faith. Her 93 years were filled with family, faith, music, generosity, and love. The kindness she showed to others and the devotion she had for her family leave a beautiful legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
